Rug Care
Care instructions for each product are provided on the product page. For additional information, visit the "Care and Cleaning" section on our website to learn how to maintain the beauty and longevity of your Oriental Weavers rug.
We recommend using a non-slip rug pad with every area rug for safety, comfort, and stability. A rug pad provides cushioning, keeps the rug smooth and wrinkle-free, makes vacuuming easier, and helps extend the life of the rug by reducing wear.
Trade Shows
We attend the World Market in Las Vegas every January and July. Our showroom is located in the World Market Center – Building C, Showroom C-395.
We also participate in the High Point Furniture Market in High Point, North Carolina, every April and October. Our showroom is located in the IHFC Building, Green Wing, Showroom G276.

Ordering
We are a wholesaler and do not sell directly to consumers. Our products are available only to trade professionals (such as furniture stores, rug retailers, or interior designers). To purchase Oriental Weavers products, we recommend visiting a nearby furniture or rug retailer or working with an interior designer. Our products are also available through our online retail partners.

For existing Oriental Weavers account holders, once you log in and place an order on our website, you will be able to see pricing for each item in the order summary. This is only available if your account is registered for the product. If you are not registered or do not have an existing account, please use the "Contact Us" link for assistance.
In-stock items will ship within 48 hours for FedEx/UPS shipments. Shipments via common carriers may vary depending on carrier availability and packaging requirements.
Shipping & Returns
Freight rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, shipping destination, and quantity of the shipment, not on the invoice amount. We use a freight program that considers the best shipping carriers and the most cost-effective and efficient rates based on these factors. Most orders will ship via FedEx, unless the order size or dimensions require a non-parcel carrier.
For parcel shipments (via FedEx/UPS), log into your account, select "FedEx Estimate" from the left menu, and follow the instructions. Please note this is an estimated cost.
For shipments via freight carriers, contact Oriental Weavers Customer Service at 800-832-8020 ext. 1 for an estimate.
Returns will only be accepted if a return authorization (RA) is issued by the Oriental Weavers Claims Department. Return requests must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
Claims for defective or damaged rugs will be inspected once the product is returned to Oriental Weavers.
Accommodation returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and the account is responsible for all shipping costs to and from Oriental Weavers.
Returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis by the Oriental Weavers Claims Department.

To minimize shipping costs, FedEx/UPS requires us to adhere to strict shipping dimension guidelines. Larger rugs (8x10 and larger, depending on shipping dimensions) are folded to fit into a box. This may cause creases, but they will naturally fall out within a few days once the rug is laid flat. For faster results, you can roll the rug with the pile facing out for a few hours.
